Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms govern your use of EliteCoin ("we", "us", "the platform"). By using this site, you agree to them.

1. What EliteCoin is

EliteCoin is a discovery and community-voting platform for early-stage crypto projects. Listings are submitted by project teams or added by the platform from public on-chain data. A listing is not an endorsement, an audit, or a guarantee of legitimacy, safety, or investment potential.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Cryptocurrency is highly speculative and volatile. You are solely responsible for your own decisions — always do your own research and verify contract addresses independently before interacting with any project.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Voting and Boost

Votes are limited to one every 3 hours per account. Boost is a paid, clearly labeled placement — it does not affect vote counts or organic ranking.

5. Submitted content

By submitting a project, you confirm you have the right to share the information provided (name, logo, description, links). We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including in response to verified removal requests from project teams.

6. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that information (prices, market data) is always accurate or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteCoin is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform or from decisions made based on information found here.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Note: this is a general template and not legal advice. If EliteCoin grows into a larger commercial operation, consider having these Terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.
