This page explains what data EliteCoin collects and how it's used.

1. What we collect

Account data: email address and a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password).
Project submissions: whatever you provide when listing a project (name, ticker, contract address, links, description, optional logo).
Votes: tied to your account, with a 3-hour cooldown per project.
Boost payments: the blockchain transaction hash you submit for manual verification. We do not process payments ourselves or store any wallet private keys.
Basic technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security purposes.

2. What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't run ads or ad-tracking on this site. We don't ask for or store any crypto wallet private keys or seed phrases — ever.

3. Email

We send transactional emails only: password resets, email verification, and updates about your own submissions (approved/rejected). We don't send marketing emails.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via Telegram to make a request.

7. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
